The house was in excellent condition when listed and as a result sold within 4 days.
Both my wife and I are in our 80s and for the past 19 years we have spent the summer months in our home in NH and the winter months in our home in Indiana. Because of old age and its related health problems we can no longer travel back and forth so decided to sell our NH home. Although we have children back East we were faced with the daunting task of coordinating everything long distance. Fortunately a senior downsizing company here in Indiana gave us Kathy’s name so we contacted her and she agreed to help us. From the very beginning she took control of everything related to the selling of the house and its contents and we were very impressed. Over the years Kathy has established a wonderful group of trades people who charge fair prices and do excellent work and she used them to do the necessary yard work, carpentry work, house cleaning, etc. She always contacted us first with a cost estimate and our approval before giving the go ahead with the required work. The house was in excellent condition when listed and as a result sold within 4 days. All in all it was a wonderful experience working with Kathy and we would highly recommend her to anyone.
