I would recommend Kathy highly to anyone who is planning to move especially senior citizens like me who don’t know where to start.
This is the 8th time I’ve tried to send my experiences with Kathy Baldridge. It’s very important that you get it, because I would not have been able to make the move without her. It’s been frustrating to me because when it got ejected it also deleted my message How I got Kathy Baldridge as my Realtor My investment advisor of 35 years who also became a friend to my late husband and me Knowing my needs Told me about Kathy I’ve lived in the house for 41 years am 87 and do not drive I couldn’t have found anyone more caring helpful and knowledgeable than Kathy When I told my friends how she was helping me. There comments were that I hit the jackpot I have wanted to move for some time. My family all live out of state. A day here and there over the years was not getting the job done. Kathy was hands on side by side helping also getting me to appointments. Kathy had all the contractors and workers I needed to get the jobs done. I know I could not have made the move with out her experience. Kathy was not only my Realtor but became a good friend. Kathy is still following up on some of the loose ends.
