I was very pleased working with Kathy. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market; I was most impressed with the market analysis and her walkthrough of it with me. Her advice was invaluable all the way around. As a result, we went with an offer that was over the asking price, which was super. I thought doing the pre-inspection was a very good idea, which called out items that needed to be fixed to make sure the house was in shape to sell. This experience would have been overwhelming if it weren’t for Kathy and her compatriots, but they made it easy to get through the preparation for sale and the selling process.
