Hi my sibling and myself were trying to sell my mom’s home as she was unable to keep living in her home without assistance. Kathy’s name was given to us by the gentleman who helped us move her to assisted living. Kathy was so helpful in identifying what we needed to do to get the home ready. She gave us options and presented both sides with the good and negative sides of the choices so we could make an informed decision. When we ran into roadblocks she had contacts to help us. She also did a lot of legwork. She was in touch with me almost daily to let me know where we were at and how things progress. She was our advocate. The house sold quickly and we are VERY grateful for everything she did for us. She is terrific. I would reach out to her in the future with no hesitation.
