The contacts she has at her fingertips helped us address certain issues where we would have otherwise floundered.
Never in our wildest imagination did we expect our home to sell as quickly as it did, for the price we had to get, or for the entire process to go so smoothly. Kathy has been absolutely fabulous. Her responsiveness to every single call and email has been timely, professional, and courteous. She knows her stuff, let me tell you!! The contacts she has at her fingertips helped us address certain issues where we would have otherwise floundered. Her encouragement and patience helped keep the edge off a stressful situation. Kathy has been a dream to work with, and we would recommend her to anyone in need of a truly outstanding real estate agent. She is a gem!
